A custom management ecosystem for a sports academy, consolidating bookings, payments, and attendance reporting into a single SvelteKit platform.

Lolo Academy is a badminton academy that needed an efficient way to manage their students and training sessions. They were using a mix of manual spreadsheets and jumping between different apps to manage their bookings and payments. This was a time consuming and not scalable process.
We built a custom platform using SvelteKit that allows the academy to manage their students, training sessions, and payments all in one place. We also developed an attendance system that allows the academy to track their students attendance and print out monthly attendance reports.
The platform simplified the entire academy's operations and allowed them to focus on their core business of teaching badminton. With session management, payment tracking, and attendance reporting, the academy has all it's core admin tasks in one place.
Since the initial launch, we have been continuously improving the platform to improve the user experience and add new features to help the academy grow.
